Parent Workshops
Our parent workshops are held in a group setting to provide parents with a community of support who shares similar struggles. These education based groups are a valuable resource for parents of children with ADHD, autism, language and processing disorders, executive function challenges, and neurodivergence. With a focus on positive parenting and behavioral approaches, we provide education and practical skills to support your child's unique journey. Locations vary to meet the diverse needs of our community, ensuring accessibility and convenience. Upcoming workshops will be advertised and set to begin every few months. Feel free to reach out if you are interested in attending or would like to set up a lecture for an school, group or organization.
Parent Coaching
One on one virtual session with parents seeking guidance, skills and support for themselves and their family. Tailored for parents navigating the challenges of raising children with ADHD, Autism, language delays, Executive Function difficulties, and other neurodivergent topics, our coaching services provide invaluable guidance and support. Our experienced coaches offer personalized strategies to help you effectively advocate for your child's unique needs and empower them to thrive in all aspects of life.
ADHD, EF and Social Coaching
One on one sessions with children, teens and adults struggling with ADHD, EF or social interaction skills. Focusing on improving organization, time management, setting goals, follow through, and accountability. The primary focus is on developing appropriate social interactions, friendships and school/work skills.
These sessions are held virtually and aim to increase each persons executive functions skills as well as promote independence in all areas of life. We strive to provide each individual with customized strategies for success and indepence in the future.
About Us
My name is Maria, I am a Speech and Language Pathologist and mom of 2 located in the Central Florida area. I have been working in the field of speech and language for the past 22 years with experience in early language development, play based therapy, oral motor and feeding. I have been lucky to work in many different areas including hospital, school and private practice and am able to use different modalities depending on the need of each child. Over the last 10 years I have gained significant knowledge in the area of ADHD, having a child who struggles with this problem. I started as a concerned parent and found myself helping other parents in who are going through the same struggles on a daily basis that are trying to avoid medication if at all possible. Over this time I have gained knowledge not just as a parent but also as a practitioner and have received my ADHD-RSP Certification. I am currently a provider of the Calm and Connected Program for parents of children with ADHD and Executive Function Disorders. I am also a ICF certified CPC Coach.
